Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
  • The product is unused and in its original, sealed condition.
  • The original packaging, label, and bottle are intact and undamaged.
  • The product has not been opened, sprayed, or tampered with.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially sprayed.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer.
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window has expired.
  • Products purchased during special sale events (if mentioned at time of purchase).
  • Gift-wrapped or combo orders (unless damaged in transit).
âš ī¸ For hygiene and purity reasons, once a Pooja Spray bottle is opened, it cannot be accepted back. We hope you understand.

Damaged or Wrong Product Received
We take utmost care in packaging, but if you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong product:
  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send us photos/video of the damaged or wrong product via WhatsApp.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
📸 Please record an unboxing video when opening your package. This helps us resolve any damage claims quickly and effectively.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If you prefer, we can offer store credit for future orders.

Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to a defective or wrong product — we bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind — the customer bears the return shipping cost.
  • Please pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.
